Privacy Policy

Merge Marina ("the app") is made by JHV Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), Australia. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play.
The short version
We don't collect your name, email or any account information: there are no accounts and no sign-in, and your game progress stays on your device. The app is free and shows optional reward videos from Google AdMob, which uses device information to deliver and measure ads. Purchases are handled by Apple, and we use RevenueCat to confirm them.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your game progress (coins, fishermen, upgrades, settings and similar game data) in local storage on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This data is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
Information we collect
We do not run our own servers and do not collect personal information ourselves. Two service providers receive limited data so the app can work:
Advertising (Google AdMob)
When you choose to watch a reward video, Google AdMob loads and shows the ad. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking when the app asks), IP address, coarse location derived from it, device type and ad interaction data, in order to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalise them. If you tap "Ask App Not to Track", ads are not personalised using your advertising identifier. Players in regions that require it are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → AD PRIVACY. Buying "Remove Ads" stops all ads. Purchase verification (RevenueCat)
When you buy something, the App Store receipt is sent to RevenueCat, Inc. to confirm the purchase and to restore "Remove Ads" on a new device. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, the purchase details (product, price, date, country) and basic device information. It does not receive your name or payment details. We do not sell your information, and the app does not access your contacts, photos, precise location, camera or microphone.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; RevenueCat (above) only verifies them. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we don't share them.
Changes
If we change what the app collects, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy details before that version is released.
